Vertigo 2023: UTS student publication

Vertigo is the flagship UTS magazine, made by, run for, and in the spirit of, UTS students. It was named after the dizzying, vertiginous height of the infamous UTS Tower building, which used to host the original magazine offices at its summit. The Vertigo brand encompasses a mixture of print issues, online articles, podcasts, and video media.

For 2023, the creative team decided on a restricted graphic language, allowing for the voice of the student-written articles to be the focal point. As the Art Director of the magazine, I incorperated various cut-and-paste inspired visuals, referencing the sometimes half-baked, collaborative, and ever-developing nature of the student body.
